A 4-YEAR-OLD boy playing with a stuffed animal on a Brooklyn sidewalk miraculously survived a bizarre accident Monday that began with a car jumping a curb, dramatic video shows.

The boy suffered only bruises when he got dragged beneath the silver Toyota in the 2:20 p.m. accident outside Happy Land Grocery store, on Seventh Ave. near 52nd St., in Sunset Park, witnesses said.

Surveillance video shows the boy sauntering along when the sedan flies over the curb and mows down a small tree that then falls and sweeps the child beneath the car. The child was in stable condition at Lutheran Hospital, cops said.

An 8-year-old pal of the victim looked away during the rescue. “My mom told me that I was going to get nightmares,” the boy said.
