B’klyn street-slay suspect ID’d

COPS NAMED a suspect Monday in the fatal shooting of a Brooklyn man.

Patrick Zephir, 34, blasted Raphael Kurton, 27, in the torso on the sidewalk at Newkirk Ave. near E. 17th St. in Flatbush on May 26, police said.

Kurton died at Kings County Hospital.

Zephir (inset) lives two blocks from where the killing occurred, according to police, who released Zephir’s picture.
