Men bite dogs

Brooklyn: In Saturday’s paper, I read two stories of animal abuse: One lowlife threw two animals down a garbage chute and one kicked a 3-pound dog to its death! These abusers are technically allowed to call themselves human beings. In reality, they are human pieces of garbage, and the lives of those animals were so much important than theirs. When will the judges who hear these cases face facts and put these pieces of garbage in general population at Rikers? Kelly Starr
