FINANCIAL WIZARD Jules Reich, with bruises on his face and cuts on both hands, was accused Thursday of murdering his wife inside their $2.8 million Scarsdale mansion.

The 61-year-old suspected killer was jailed without bail one day after the body of Robin Goldman was found stabbed repeatedly inside a shower at the five-bedroom home, authorities said.

Reich, who had recently filed for divorce from the mother of their three kids, called cops to the 1.3-acre property Wednesday after the savage stabbing that began with a fight between the couple (photos inset), a source told the Daily News.

A mugshot showed a disheveled Reich with a black eye and bruises on his face — suggesting a violent struggle with his wife.

Scarsdale police Capt. Thomas Altizio said there were also wounds on both of the murder suspect’s hands. He declined to offer details on any of Reich’s injuries.

Reich bizarrely removed cotton from a bandage wrapped around one of his wounds and stuffed it inside both ears after his arrest.

Goldman, 58, a prominent pediatrician, was remembered before her Thursday funeral as a warm and friendly person who didn’t deserve her gruesome fate.

“I never would have believed this would happen,” said Rabbi William Herskowitz, who’d known the victim since her childhood.
