Ecks & Bacon

-

Las Vegas - So, Ecks & Bacon is going WORLDWIDE baby!

Did an TV interview yesterday for Reuters, and they're gonna post it everywhere. We filmed right in front of the iconic “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign, and gave the world my picks for the Oscars as well as the race to the White House.

Oscars first, because, hey, we have our priorities straight. Told the world we have “The Revenant” to win Best Picture. Leonardo DiCaprio for Best Actor, Brie Larson for Best Actress, Sylvester Stallone for Best Supporting Actor, Alicia Vikander for Best Supporting Actress, Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu for Best Director and “Inside Out” for Best Animated Feature. Told the producer that if we don't hit six out of seven, then I would stand in front of the Siegfried & Roy statue on the Strip in my SPEEDO! YEA, I have a SPEEDO! And sing “Jailhouse Rock.”

If we do hit six of seven, she buys dinner at Picasso, which will run her, oh, about $300 and change, WITHOUT drinks.

As for the politics, we gave out Hilary to win the democratic nod, the Donald to win on the Republican side, and told her to call back for the eventual winner. PLZ root for me with the Oscar picks. Might take one of you to dinner at Picasso! And we'll have the link to the TV spot for you later in the week.

EckSTATic: For your wagering pleasure, here are your spread stats of the day. Dribbling over to the NBA and looking at the Warriors/Hawks matchup. Everyone loves Golden State, everyone loves the “Splash Brothers,” but against the spread, there's no love at the moment. GSW drags an 0-4 spread run into Atlanta, but the Hawks have covered only two of the last six (33%) at home.
