MIGHTY QUINN

Mighty was riding the LIRR to Atlantic Terminal Brooklyn recently, and noticed two Nets fans with a 9-pack of Coors Light aluminum bottles totally enjoying the ride to the Nets-Grizzlies game that night. Now fast forward hours later to Penn Station. Mighty got stuck at work late that night, and was waiting for the 2:59 a.m. out of Penn, when he noticed the same two Nets fans from the earlier LIRR to Brooklyn. Mighty couldn’t resist.

“You guys are still out? I saw you guys on the LIRR earlier going to the Nets game. The game ended at 10 p.m., and it’s now almost 3 a.m., and you guys are still out?” “Well, you’re out.”

“Yeah, but I worked an eight hour shift.”

“I’m just saying, you’re still out.”

“Yeah, but you guys were knocking down beers at 6 o’clock.”

“I’m just saying, you’re still out.” Gotta love those Nets fans! Mighty missed with Virginia. Today: Toledo. Deficit: 75 sirignanos.
