BAR PATRONS got a shot at a celebrity sighting in Brooklyn on Friday — they just had to be willing to drink.

Bill Murray got behind the bar Friday night to pour shots and serve other drinks at his son Homer Murray’s restaurant 21 Greenpoint.

“A shot of vodka every 20 minutes,” the charismatic “Caddyshack” star announced before taking a shot of the clear stuff and starting his shift around 8 p.m.

He kept the booze flowing for hours, pouring mostly tequila and mixing cocktails while playfully dancing to songs like “Start Me Up” by the Rolling Stones.

Every barstool had a body in it at the packed house, as nearly 100 people squeezed in. Some jovial drinkers graciously tipped Murray five- and 10-dollar bills for his service.

“We all share our tips,” he quipped alongside the restaurant's bartenders.

The 65-year-old proud father paused an hour later to raise a glass to his son's grand opening.

“This is my first-born son, Homer. I am so happy that he has not continued in the family business,” he joked.

“Instead, he has taking the joy of the family to have a drink and have a meal and have friends together in one place, and made it his life's work. To my son and his friends and his work friends and all of his partners," he said, raising a glass as patrons cheered.

Homer and his partner, Syd Silver, transformed their former nautical-themed seafood eatery River Styx into a more upscale cocktail bar and restaurant.

Fans like Brandon Cho, 28, waited outside to catch a glimpse of the star.

“I took off work early,” he said. “No one is that dedicated, but Bill is a good man.”
