A LECHEROUS divorce lawyer prolonged an emotionally bereft client’s case to seduce her, court papers charge.

Amorous attorney Peter Cedeno preyed on the woman when her eight-year marriage collapsed, bedding the Manhattan mom after a boozy lunchtime rendezvous and two months of wooing, according to a startling lawsuit.

The suit accuses Cedeno of malpractice, negligence and sexual assault.

“I’m not ashamed to say it — I was raped,” Atesa Pacelli told the Daily News after the Manhattan Supreme Court suit was filed.

It charges Cedeno, 48, leveraged his “undue influence over Atesa Pacelli to engage her in a sexual relationship.” Pacelli hired Cedeno on June 3 to represent her in a “highly contentious” divorce from her husband Anthony. She was barred from contact with her spouse by an order of protection, and turned to Cedeno for help, the suit said.

Within a week, the flirtatious Cedeno told his “beautiful” client that she looked “10 years younger” than her actual age, the lawsuit charged.

“From the beginning, the relationship was a little bit weird,” Pacelli, 41, told The News. “And then he just started being very flirtatious with me.”

That included 123 pages of salacious sexting between the two, including a steamy selfie of Pacelli in a barely-there bikini, the suit says.

“Right now I’m in the middle of doing something simply for pleasure,” Cedeno texted Pacelli in one bit of raunchy repartee on Aug. 19. “Use your imagination.”

Later that day, she texted back: “I need your lips on my nipples sometime in the near future, or else I’m going to get very frustrated . . .”

The lawyer first slept with Pacelli in her apartment after an alcohol-laden Aug. 10 lunch, “taking advantage of her intoxicated condition,” the suit charged. She was “unable to meaningfully consent.”

When Pacelli emerged from the apartment bathroom, she found Cedeno — sporting a “poorly-made black eagle tattoo on (his) left shoulder” — lying naked on her bed.
