Better, but he still has issues
There was one clear winner in the third and final presidential debate of 2016 — moderator Chris Wallace who oversaw a truly fair and balanced event, mostly kept the two combatants on topic and elicited more substance from Donald Trump AND Hillary Clinton than the two previous debates combined.
This was Trump's best outing by far — even though, in the end, he couldn’t get out of his own way. It looked like he had actually done some preparation this time.
