OK, slugger judge, now it’s your turn

THE PAROLE judge arrested for allegedly slugging a Legal Aid attorney after a party was charged Tuesday with misdemeanor assault and harassment.

Robert Beltrani, 53, was before a Manhattan Criminal Court judge for the first time since the boozy Oct. 20 incident on W. 18th St. in Chelsea.

He didn’t remain at the scene, authorities said, and later received a desk appearance ticket ordering him to appear in court Tuesday.

Beltrani (photo inset) stayed mum as he left the courthouse with his attorney Daniel Ollen and an order of protection in favor of Sam Roberts, the alleged sucker-punch victim.

Roberts was knocked out and suffered a separated shoulder, torn labrum, black eye and other injuries after a brief exchange with Beltrani, who was visibly drunk, according to witnesses.

The judge allegedly socked Roberts — who was walking in front of him — as the attorney turned away from Beltrani following a brief verbal encounter.

“Yeah, I’m the judge,” Beltrani allegedly said. “I do justice and I f---ing kill people!”

Beltrani, who oversees state parole cases at the Rikers Island jail complex, was placed on administrative leave following the incident.

He faces up to a year behind bars if convicted on the top count.

Reynolds said Kyla seemed wise beyond her years. “She was always someone grown in a little body,” he said.

Kyla was creative and artistic, and made her mom a handcrafted heart-shaped card for Christmas, Reynolds said.

Mapp still hasn’t opened the card, because she didn’t get around to it over Christmas.

Dorsey said Mapp told her, now “I can’t open it because it will kill me.”
