Stars show off sparkly glamour

THE GLOBE was a disco ball.

Stars shined, shimmered and sparkled Sunday night on the red carpet at the 74th annual Golden Globe awards in sequins, jewel tones and tasteful metallics.

“It’s all about the glitter. We’ve seen every kind of embellishment from jewel stones, sequins, beads and tassels,” celebrity stylist Joze Rodriguez told the Daily News.

Emma Stone, who won best actress honor for “La La Land,” was glowing in a glitzy Valentino frock adorned with actual stars on it. Sofia Vergara looked radiant in a gilded gown by Zuhair Murad and Tracee Ellis Ross glimmered in a strapless silver gown by the same designer that hit every flawless curve.

Amy Adams exuded sleek and chic in a strapless black sequined Tom Ford gown, and Emily Ratajkowski shined bright like a yellow diamond with architectural jeweled details on the neckline of her gorgeous Reem Acra frock.

Style icon Sarah Jessica Parker paid tribute to the late Carrie Fisher with a Princess Leia-esque braided up-do reminiscent of the "Star Wars" heroine's most memorable look. She rocked a simple, but elegant white dress with blouson sleeves.

Another head-turner was 12-yearold Millie Bobby Brown — who plays Eleven in Netflix’s mega-hit “Stranger Things” — in a regal silver Jenny Packham number.

There were plenty of odes to Old Hollywood — like Kristen Bell in a cleavage-baring modern Jenny Packham. Natalie Portman, up for best actress for her portrayal of Jacqueline Kennedy in “Jackie,” paid tribute to her dazzling role in a ’60s-esque yellow Prada gown and vintage Tiffany jewelry.

“She’s paying a stunning homage to Jackie O,” said celebrity stylist Norma
