A FORMER college basketball player who was heavily recruited out of Brooklyn was arrested Monday for possession of phony cash and stolen bank cards, sources said.

Port Authority cops busted Thaddeus Hall, 23, of Crown Heights after they spotted him at a turnstile at the Grove St. PATH station in Jersey City about 5:30 p.m.

During a search, they found 22 counterfeit $100 bills, a stolen bank card, a fake credit card, a stolen credit card and a forged North Carolina driver’s license in someone else’s name on the 6-feet-5 former Thomas Jefferson High School star (pictured).

As a high school senior in 2012, Hall accepted a scholarship from the University of South Carolina, choosing the school over Maryland, St. John’s and Hofstra, but he didn’t measure up academically.

In 2014, he enrolled at Jones County Junior College in Mississippi and won a junior college national championship there.

He was charged with forgery, theft of identity, credit card theft, possession of forged documents and theft of service.
