New face leads Pace
PACE University has named Marvin Krislov, formerly the president of Ohio’s Oberlin College, as its new president.
Krislov, 56, who ran Oberlin for a decade, was selected following a national search. The Pace Board of Trustees elected him unanimously and he starts Aug. 1.
Current Pace president Stephen J. Friedman, 78, is retiring.
Officials would not disclose Krislov’s salary, but university tax filings show Friedman was paid a salary of nearly $700,000.
