Difficult lesson as educrat quits
A VETERAN city employee of the Education Department resigned from his job in a settlement with the city Conflicts of Interest Board after admitting to investigators that he used a work credit card to make personal purchases.
Documents released by the Conflicts of Interest Board on Tuesday show Edward Ginsberg used a procurement credit card belonging to another Education Department staffer to purchase $554 worth of items for his own use, including clothing, a Kindle and candy.
