Probation officer held in sex assault

A CITY PROBATION officer was arrested Wednesday for allegedly forcing a woman whose case he was supervising to touch his genitals, officials and sources said.

Patrick Henneberry, 50, barged into the 28-year-old victim’s apartment several weeks ago, officials said.

The woman claims he groped her breasts and made her touch his penis, authorities said.

The woman reported the incident to the Probation Department last week.

Henneberry, a nine-year veteran, is charged with sexual abuse, coercion and forcible touching. He was awaiting arraignment Wednesday.
