She’s in debt – you can take it to the Banks. Troubled rapper
(above) was sued Tuesday for failing to pay more than $130,000 in credit card bills. The “212” singer took out three lines of credit since 2012 for $78,827, $7,981 and $50,228, papers filed by City National Bank in Manhattan Supreme Court charge. In March, Banks, 26, copped an assault plea for biting the breast of a security staffer while being thrown out the club Up&Down on W. 14th St. The charge will be reduced if Banks attends anger management classes. Banks’ 2011 debut album was titled “Broke With Expensive Taste.”

Sources at Melba’s restaurant in Harlem told us that whose new track “Shining” features performances by Jay Z and Beyoncé, was spreading word on Tuesday evening that he’d heard that it was a done deal. He could not immediately be reached for comment.
A source who works at Jay Z’s 40/40 nightclub in the Flatiron District tells us buzz that Jay and Bey welcomed a girl and a boy Tuesday morning was making the rounds there, too, though that couldn’t be confirmed.
US Weekly reported late Tuesday night that “a significant amount of security” outside a Los Angeles hospital had them believing the “Crazy in Love” singer was in labor there. Gossip site Hollywoodlife.com reported a similar sighting.
Twitter followed suit with claims that Babies Bey were on the way.
“Beyoncé is in labor this is not a drill I am freaking out,” wrote one user.
On May 21, the pair celebrated a baby shower dubbed “The Carter Push Party” where they were joined by stars including La La Anthony and Serena Williams, who also has a baby on the way.
Jay Z was spotted in Jamaica over the weekend, where he’s reportedly recording new music in Bob Marley’s old studio.
A source who knows the pair says that as of last week, the power couple were expecting a baby somewhere around Independence Day. But we were cautioned not to break out the pink and blue fireworks just yet.
“I’m told three weeks, but you know how babies are,” said that source.
Reps for the pair did not immediately return calls for comment.
