A BROOKLYN TEEN is clinging to life after 13 bullets ripped through his body during a shooting that stemmed from a gang brawl, police said Thursday.

The brutal broad-daylight retaliation left Shaquan Baylor, 16, unconscious in a hospital bed and also wounded an innocent 45-year-old woman.

Cops believe Baylor was targeted on Wednesday as he was standing outside a building on Pitkin Ave. near Wyona St. in East New York at about 2:30 p.m.

In the aftermath, one of the gunmen chillingly boasted, “They had to sacrifice one of theirs,” sources said.

Days earlier, during a street brawl on the same block, Baylor beat up three members of a rival gang. One of his victims is a Crip, sources said.

“The victim’s crew got into a fist fight with another crew,” a police source said. “As they are at the location, the crew they beat up comes up and starts letting off shots.”

Bullets slammed into Baylor’s chest and he dropped to the ground. One shot went wide and hit Cassandra Johnson’s right thigh, sources said.

The chaos took place as mourners gathered down the street at a memorial for a friend who died of a heart attack.

“It’s disrespectful,” one grieving man told the Daily News.

Medics rushed Baylor and Johnson to Brookdale Hospital.

Cops found seven shell casings at the scene and three bullet fragments, sources said.

Working off a tip, cops were led to an apartment in a nearby building. There they found a knife, a cell phone and cash, but no gun.

Four men in the apartment were taken to the 75th Precinct stationhouse for questioning, a source said.

Security video showed the men cops believe are behind the shooting leaving the same building and running back after the gunplay, sources said.

Police continued to search for the gun and served a search warrant Thursday at a separate Pitkin Ave. building.

Baylor remained unconscious in the ICU at Brookdale.

His brother, keeping vigil over his sibling, declined to comment.

Neither Baylor nor Johnson have prior arrests.

Shootings citywide as of Aug. 31 are down by 22.5% — 523 in 2017 compared to 675 in 2016.

Shootings are on the decline in East New York’s 75th Precinct by 32.4% — 25 in 2017 compared to 37 in 2016.

Murders in the city fell by 22.1% — 179 in 2017 compared with 230 in 2016.

Meanwhile, at about 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Ravenswood Houses in Astoria, Queens, a 32-year-old man was shot in the left arm by a maniacal triggerman in a construction vest and helmet with a ski mask covering his face.

“Now I got you,” the gunman said, according to sources.

He then chased his victim down on 34th Ave. as he fired off rounds. The wounded man managed to escape in a cab and made his way to NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell.

The victim told cops he couldn’t describe his attacker and had no idea why anyone would want to shoot him.
