is accused of abusing his ex-girlfriend, Tiffany Thompson. The Cowboys star wrapped up his three-day appeal hearing in Manhattan on Thursday.

The former Ohio State star was not arrested and did not face charges related to the incidents that allegedly took place in Columbus, Ohio.

Arbitrator Harold Henderson is expected to rule on Elliott’s appeal soon, and attorneys for Elliott and the players’ union said in the request for the temporary restraining order that they believe Henderson will reject the appeal, according to the Associated Press.
