WEIGHTY ACCUSATION: CONFIDENTIAL:

-

IT WAS WORTH the weight for Harvey Weinstein accuser Ambra Battilana Gutierrez — the brave model who risked her career by speaking out against the pervy movie mogul in 2015. The 24-year-old beauty (photo inset) tells friends she packed on the pounds in the aftermath of the tabloid attacks against her two years ago. Gutierrez was unprepared for the barrage of negative press that followed when she told police that Weinstein had summoned her to a meeting in his Tribeca office, then tried putting his hands up her skirt.

After that incident, she tells friends that modeling work suddenly dried up and she became persona non grata on the New York social scene. Slowly but surely, now that dozens of women have come forth to say they’d had similar experiences with Weinstein, Gutierrez is finding work again. Already this month, the former Miss Italy finalist has shot a bathing suit campaign in Miami and a bridal spread in Midtown.

While Gutierrez appeared to be in tip-top shape while dining in SoHo over the weekend,

she has asked friends if they have “highres photos” from the past two years so she can show people how the depression manifested itself while she watched Weinstein living high on the hog. Along with top models Bridget Hall,

Chloe Norgaard, Helena Christensen and Karolina Kurkova, Gutierrez is signed to One Model Management. The SoHo-based agency, which stuck with her through the Weinstein debacle, lists Gutierrez at 5-foot-10 with a 24-inch waist on their homepage.

We’re told that Gutierrez has met with publicists and is shopping a film project, despite having reportedly signed a nondisclosure agreement with Weinstein after the 2015 incident.

On Monday, she posted on Instagram: “To all the Predators out there, watch out. Every woman every day is victim of sexual harassment, sexual assault or even worst, now is the time to say something.”

Gutierrez could not be reached for comment.
