S.I. accuser wrote N-word screed herself: cops

A SCHOOL CROSSING guard who said she received a threatening letter from a Staten Island chiropractor actually wrote the racist screed herself as part of an ugly frame job, law enforcement sources said.

Crossing guard Jennifer Becker, 44, wrote a letter to the 120th Precinct to herself and NYPD Officer Ebony Glover, pretending to be Danielle Serini, a chiropractor with an office across the street from where she was posted, authorities allege.

“My next opportunity will be getting rid of you and that ugly a-- n----r child of the crossing guard. Keep thinking he’s safe in school, but when the opportunity hits, it will with a bang. N----rs don’t belong in my neighborhood,” reads the letter.

Glover is black, and both Serini and Becker (photo inset) are white. Becker has a black child.

The letters led to Serini’s arrest in March.

Now Becker’s the one in handcuffs, charged with making a sworn false statement, falsely reporting an incident, endangering the welfare of a child and tampering with evidence, cops said.

She’ll likely face more charges at her arraignment in Staten Island Criminal Court on Thursday involving additional forged letters, sources said.

Serini, 39, ran a chiropractic office across from Public School 29 on Victory Blvd. near Slosson Ave. in Castleton Corners — where Becker works. Glover supervises the crossing guards at the school.

Police sources said Becker was a subpar worker, and investigators believe she sent the bogus letters as a way to drum up sympathy and avoid getting transferred or disciplined.

The chiropractor has been arrested three times since June 2016, accused in a string of stalking and harassment incidents involving Becker, Glover and another crossing guard over a parking ticket feud.

The allegations i include throwing Dum Dum lollipops at Becker in February, and sending packages of the lollipops to both B Becker and Glover.

All of the crimin nal charges against Serini are expected to be dismissed Thursday, law enforcement sources said.

“My client’s life has been ruined. Her chiropractor business had to be closed. Her residence had to be relocated out of state,” said Mark Fonte, Serini’s lawyer. “She was vilified in the press and by those who rushed to judgment.”

Fonte said he was hired after Serini’s second arrest, and he presented prosecutors with proof she was innocent — including evidence she was vacationing in Disney World on one of the dates she was accused of threatening Becker.

“Every allegation ever made against my client is a fabrication,” Fonte said. “My client was falsely accused from beginning to end, and now has been totally exonerated.”

Police executed a search warrant at Becker’s apartment in Castleton Corners, and Fonte said cops recovered “a treasure trove of evidence indicating that she was behind all the letters written.”

Law enforcement sources said police found electronics and a printer, and are sorting through it.

No one picked up the phone at Becker’s home Wednesday night.
