When I was young, whenever SAM Maintain your focus, which means applying a measure of discipline to every facet of your life. Saturn is now in your sign, which is granting you a resource to work with, and also making organization and timeliness top priorities. Today’s Mercury-Saturn meeting is a reminder that good ideas take time and patience to develop and that means persistence. You share a birthday with John Singer Sargent, Swami Vivekananda, and Mel C. MARCH 21-APRIL 19 Be cautious with any conduct that might seem rebellious for its own sake. You have no need to prove anything, and trust is easy to squander these days. Take a serious approach to serious matters; and, rather than assuming, make sure you understand what is expected of you. APRIL 20-MAY 20 As a Taurus, consistency is important, of belief and of behavior. However, you might want to suspend that rule for the weekend, so that you can make room for ideas that don’t fit your previous belief system. You are growing in leaps and bounds, and actual growth implies change. MAY 21-JUNE 20 Don’t worry if a plan unravels after weeks of progress. Focus on what you want to happen, and keep your mind on the known facts. Once the dust settles, the scenario will very likely come right back around to something that works for you, even if others take the long way getting there. JUNE 21-JULY 22 When in doubt, check that you’re making your own decisions. You or a close partner might be feeling as if you have to answer to some invisible authority lurking in the back of your mind. Know what you want, agree to that collectively with anyone involved, and do that very thing. JULY 23-AUG. 22 Current aspects are about balancing your work life and your home life. Ideally some of that would include working from home at least part of the week, even one day. Managers are mostly concerned with productivity and accountability. Make sure they know those are your top concerns. AUG. 23-SEPT. 22 Don’t let work-related pressure get to you. If you have many tasks requiring you to be creative, then you need to hang loose, and keep your sense of humor. This is how you facilitate the flow of ideas. You’ll be amazed how inspired you can be while laughing at a puzzle, problem or situation. SEPT. 23-OCT. 22 You may be taking too much responsibility for an issue that’s not really your own. It’s true that you prefer to keep everything neat and orderly, though make sure you notice when someone else makes a mess and you decide it’s yours to deal with. All of these dishes are coming from somewhere. NOV. 22-DEC. 21 Keep a positive outlook, even if you think your financial situation is bleak. It’s not as bad as you may think, though you need to put some work and thought into making real improvements. You need a long-term plan that specifically addresses money, and which preserves your integrity. JAN. 20-FEB. 18 You may be worried about something you cannot put words to. Therefore, it would serve your interests to describe your concerns in as clear terms as possible, though keep this thought process to yourself for now. Once you really have a clue, express your thoughts to those who need to know. FEB. 19-MARCH 20 To keep your positive momentum on work-related projects, make sure you get out and play. You need both right now, even if the ratio is four parts work to one part recreation. That one element of fun, especially socializing, will make your work easier, more meaningful and more productive.
