TOP COPS are trying to find the NYPD prankster who scrawled penises on a handful of moving violations tickets that were almost given out to the public.

On Monday morning, a cop from Brooklyn’s 83rd Precinct was about to give a motorist a ticket for having excessive tint on his car.

But when the ticket came out of his squad car’s printer, he spotted a giant phallic symbol drawn on the top of it.

A prankster vandalized at least three of the tickets before they were put in the printer in the cop’s squad car, sources said.

The cop never gave out the altered tickets, and immediately reached out to his supervisors, cops said.

“The commanding officer is aware of the situation and is conducting an investigation,” NYPD spokesman Inspector Eric Pagan said. POLICE IN LONG ISLAND have arrested a motorist who sped off after running over a man that fell in front of his Ford Expedition. Nassau County cops arrested Neptali Sanchez, 44, of Floral Park, on Friday for the March 3 hit-and-run in Hempstead.

Sanchez had parked in front of a deli on W. Columbia St. near Main St. about 8:15 p.m. when a 64-year-old man fell by the passenger side of his vehicle.

Sanchez jumped into his Expedition and pulled out of the spot, running over the older man. Witnesses said he stopped his SUV to see what he hit, then sped off.

Medics rushed the unidentified victim to NYU Winthrop Hospital, where he died on March 9.

Police charged Sanchez with leaving the scene of an accident without reporting.
