If it’s your birthday

-

You’re in an unusual position to have public impact, though you must take care to maintain spin control. What you say, or do, can have effects beyond what you were predicting or anticipating. That, however, is a tool you can use. You must consider the law of unintended consequences; and remember, as David Bowie said, that small moves mean a lot. You share a birthday with Luc Besson, Irene Cara and Queen Latifah. MARCH 21-APRIL 19 The Moon entered your birth sign overnight, which always lifts your spirits. You can express your positive vibes to the world, and offer your enthusiasm and sunny outlook. Yes, the world seems tired, and alive people sometimes get dirty looks. But don’t let that stop you for one second, or ever. APRIL 20-MAY 20 Your imagination is running hot and bright, though you may be feeling confined. One antidote to this is to take some fantasy and make it real. It could be anything from an art project to a saucy suggestion to your lover, which you then spin into reality. In short, get out of your head. MAY 21-JUNE 20 It’s time to explore new professional possibilities, and new circles of friends. The two may be related. When was the last time you really asked yourself: what exactly do I want to do with my life? What would I do, I if I could do anything? Take a nice long walk and think it over. JUNE 21-JULY 22 If you are wrestling with some insecurity or an ethical question, consider whether it’s really your issue. It could very well belong to someone else, and have nothing to do with you personally. Begin with your parents as a starting place. They had a lot of worries that are not yours. JULY 23-AUG. 22 We all must come to terms with the idea that, as Beatle George Harrison put it, “all things must pass.” And once that thought is allowed to stand, the beauty of life can finally shine through. You can accept the passage of time as a gift, and use it as an ally that works in your favor. AUG. 23-SEPT. 22 Nobody who is sincere and caring is ‘too intense’. You possess some powerful mojo yourself, and it’s likely that someone is reflecting that back to you. You don’t need to fix anyone, however; only to be alert and responsive, and share in any way that you feel is loving and appropriate. SEPT. 23-OCT. 22 To be fully present in your relationships, you must take care of yourself. That means getting enough rest, quality time alone, and enough water. You in particular respond to being properly hydrated. Coffee, tea and soft drinks do not count. Actual, pure H2O will work wonders, however. OCT. 23-NOV. 21 Mars has entered your house of communicating with others. The implication is that you are correct, though a conjunction to a littleknown planet called Pholus indicates that you must dispense your thoughts in small, carefully measured doses, or you could push things too far. NOV. 22-DEC. 21 Invest more energy into acquiring money than spending it. From the look of your chart, you will tip the balance one way or the other. You may soon discover that you’re working against a practical limit to your income, which you will need to address in a fully conscious way. DEC. 22-JAN. 19 While your sign is traditionally ruled by Saturn, Mars has what the ancient astrologers called “dignity” in Capricorn. Now the two are working together for you, and this can be a winning combination. But you must never let yourself get too frustrated. There is a solution to everything. JAN. 20-FEB. 18 You’re in a perfect position to exchange old ways for new; dysfunctional habits for useful ones; and any negative thoughts you may have about your life for positive messages you send to yourself and the world around you. You have a brilliant mind. Hang loose and use it well.
