Deranged fan at Swift’s home

NOW THEY’VE got bad blood.

A drowsy but obsessive fan busted into Grammy-winning singer Taylor Swift’s SoHo townhouse Friday where he took a shower and a nap.

A neighbor called the cops after spotting Roger Alvarado, 22, climbing the fire escape outside the singer’s home on Franklin St. then smash a window and let himself in, police said.

The Homestead, Florida, man was awakened by police and arrested just after noon. He is charged with stalking, burglary, criminal mischief and criminal trespass, according to the NYPD. Swift was not at home for her Goldilocks moment.
