Beat victim sues Cardi B

NOW SHE’S got his autograph.

A Cardi B fan who says he got a beatdown when all he wanted was an autograph filed a lawsuit against the performer Wednesday.

Giovanni Arnold, 31, of the Bronx, said he approached Cardi B and fellow rapper Offset on the Upper East Side after the Met Gala on May 8 — but got roughed up by the performers’ collective entourage.

The fracas happened outside the Mark Hotel on E. 77th St. near Madison Ave. and was caught on video, Arnold’s suit says.

The fan claims that he was ignored by Cardi B, 25, Offset, 26, and their group when he approached for her signature. When he asked again, Cardi turned to him and threatened him, the suit says. Cardi B is pregnant with Offset’s child and the two are engaged. The betrothed rappers ordered three of their men to jump him, the lawsuit claims.

“At Cardi B and Offset’s command, (they) savagely beat plaintiff, punching him and then stomping on his face while he was on the ground,” according to the complaint filed by lawyers Daniel Szalkiewicz and Cali Madia.

Reps for the rappers could not be reached for comment.
