3-time train perv susp busted

Police have arrested a 62-year-old man they say was seen masturbating on subways in three boroughs in recent weeks.

Roberto Remedios is facing three counts of public lewdness for the creepy incidents that date back to April 26, when he was allegedly seen pleasuring himself on an R train in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.

Police say Remedios was sitting across from a 24-year-old woman on the Manhattan-bound train nearing the 53rd St. station when he began staring at the woman and touching himself. He tried to hide his activities by positioning his Spider-Man backpack near his crotch, cops said.

He resurfaced on May 17 when he was seen masturbating on an R train rolling into the Canal St. station in lower Manhattan, authorities charge. This time, he was staring at a 26-yearold woman.

On May 26, he allegedly masturbated on an A train entering the 104th St. station in Woodhaven, Queens. This time, a 19-year-old woman suffered through his exhibitionist activities, cops said.

Startled straphangers took smartphone photos of the mustachioed Remedios during two of the incidents. Cops released those photos and asked for the public’s help tracking him down.

Multiple calls to the NYPD’s CrimeStoppers tip line led police to Remedios, who was picked up outside his Bronx home Wednesday, cops said.

His arraignment was pending in Manhattan Criminal Court on Thursday.
