Winston will reportedly be suspended the first three games of the upcoming NFL season for violating the league's personal conduct policy. The suspension stems from a March 2016 incident in which Winston allegedly grabbed the crotch of a female Uber driver while the two were waiting in the drive-thru of a Mexican restaurant in Scottsdale, Ariz. and his failure to report it to the league.
