After Conforto’s gametying blast in the seventh, Jeurys Familia replaced Anthony Swarzak in the next inning with one out and runners on first and second. The righthander induced a fielder’s-choice ground ball from David Freese before walking Diaz to load the bases. Familia responded by forcing Jose Osuna into an inning-ending groundout to second.
