Police big degraded me: suit

- BY THOMAS TRACY

A retired cop ramped up her lawsuit against an NYPD chief, saying he verbally degraded her during a violent seven-year romance.

Ex-Officer Tabatha Foster says she used to talk with Chief Jeffrey Maddrey about how “crazy” sex was the best sex according to Brooklyn Federal Court papers obtained by the Daily News.

Maddrey also at least once called Foster a “ho” who performs oral sex, the papers say.

Maddrey, a married father of three daughters, has repeatedly claimed that the romance was all in Foster’s head. He filed a $2 million countersuit accusing Foster of lies, harassment and sending him unwanted text messages.

Foster’s new court papers say Maddrey engaged in “flirtatious conduct” like showing her “pictures of his penis,” masturbating in front of her, and having her perform oral sex on him in his office. Maddrey also called her a “variety of names,” none of them flattering, say the documents.

The new allegations came forward as both the city and Maddrey’s lawyer seek to toss the $100 million lawsuit on the ground that was filed outside the statute of limitations.

Foster claims that she and Maddrey had hooked up for years and got busy in a stationhouse and his police car.

Her lawsuit also details a 2015 incident at Tudor Park in Ozone Park, Queens, where she said she pulled a gun on her ex-boss to stop him from beating her during an argument.

Cops were called to the scene — but Maddrey, the commanding officer of Patrol Borough Brooklyn North, pulled rank and waved them off.

The incident led to an NYPD Internal Affairs investigation, which Maddrey allegedly tried to impede by giving inaccurate and misleading statements to detectives.

Sources told the Daily News that Kevin Richardson, head of the NYPD’s Department Advocate office — which prosecutes crooked cops — tossed the most serious charges against Maddrey.
