Charged in ’11 teen slay

- BY JOHN ANNESE With Stephen Rex Brown

An alleged Bronx gangbanger charged in a federal crackdown this summer is now accused of the 2011 slaying of a teenage boy.

Nathaniel (Juntao) Fludd, 31, who was indicted in June alongside 19 other alleged members of the MacBallas gang, is accused of fatally shooting Jose Webster on Sept. 15, 2011 — less than two weeks before the victim's 16th birthday.

The teen was shot at least 15 times on Teller Ave., a few blocks from his home in the Webster Houses.

The MacBallas used violence, robberies and murder to assert their drug-dealing dominion over the Andrew Jackson and Melrose Houses, and Fludd is linked to at least one other slaying, the feds allege.

He and Deandre (D Nice) Morrison — who earned a reputation at Rikers Island as a serial slasher — are accused of shooting and killing Daniel Delgado, a rival gang member, on Aug. 1, 2001.

New federal documents released last week accuse Fludd of killing Jose for pay, and to gain status in the gang.

Fludd was already serving a 25-year federal prison sentence after pleading guilty to racketeering in 2013, for his role in a conspiracy responsible for several murders and attempted murders in 2010 and 2011.

Police sources in 2011 said Jose had no criminal record and no gang affiliation. “Jose is — or was — my baby boy," his mom, Lesly Arzu, told the Daily News a week after his killing. “A child who would easily come and hug me from the back and ask me, ‘Mommy, are you OK?' ”
