Kid perv is busted near park

A depraved man crashing at his sister’s swank Central Park South apartment was busted Tuesday for keeping pictures of child porn on his laptop computer.

David Comstock, 54, had at least five photos showing young girls being sexually assaulted by adults, Assistant District Attorney Lauren Breen said during an arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court.

He was arrested Monday shortly after police showed up with a warrant to search the opulent Art Deco apartment belonging to Comstock’s sister Amy Comstock, who has worked as a production accountant on high-profile television shows like “Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan,” “True Blood,” “House of Cards” and “Homeland.”

Comstock “was in possession of child pornography images, including images of 3-to-6-yearold children being raped by adult males,” Breen said, adding that he admitted downloading the sickening smut.

A staffer at the building with views of Columbus Circle and Central Park said David Comstock was a familiar face who stayed at his sister’s place for weeks at a time.

“He looks like he’s homeless,” said the worker, who did not want to be named.

“He doesn’t do anything. We call him ‘the coffee man.’ All he does is smoke cigarettes and drink coffee outside the building.”

A police source said the NYPD investigated Comstock following a referral in September from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Comstock’s IP address was reported as downloading illegal pornographic images and videos.
