Staten Island: Checks and balances have now been restored and the abuse of power exhibited by this arrogant and autocratic person, his ethics scandals and his blatant disregard for the rule of law have come back to haunt him. The House’s majority will allow them to lunch subpoena-powered investigations into his finances, Russian interference, administration ethics scandals and halt the conservative legislative agenda. Better yet, they could even demand Trump’s tax returns. Better than that, impeachment proceedings begin in the House if they find just cause. Trump’s free ride from his enablers has, hopefully, ended. Bring it on, Nancy!
