FALCONS at BROWNS

1 p.m., Falcons by 4, 51

HANK’S HONEYS:The Browns’ early season ATS magic is gone and the team is back in disarray. On top of that, it’s a bad matchup. The bangedup Cleveland secondary, which was forced to make two waiver pickups this week, can’t possibly account for all of Matt Ryan’s weapons, especially if it doubles Julio Jones, who got over his allergy to the end zone last week. Even Denzel Ward, their top cover man, is banged up. The Falcons, seeking a fourth straight win, need to stay hot to remain somewhat close to the Saints and Panthers so there will be no looking past the Brownies. Dan Quinn is an outstanding defensive coach and his defense has come around the last two games, particularly the pass rush, which should be able to get to Baker Mayfield. IF I WERE A BETTING MAN: Falcons and the over
