Cuffed for leaving tot alone in school bus

A school bus driver working for a network of Orthodox Jewish schools was arrested Wednesday for abandoning a toddler in his vehicle in Brooklyn.

Ralph Jeannie, 35, was arrested Nov. 7 on childendangerment charges for leaving the crying kid alone on the Bais Yaakov BP bus on Lenox Road and E. 94th St. in Brownsville about 9 a.m.

A passerby saw the 2year-old bawling and called the cops. The girl was taken to Maimonides Medical Center.

The arrest was reported on the website BoroPark24.com. The site also reported the bus had a sign in the window saying it had been checked for sleeping children.
