An accused teenage thief who pulled a disappearing act on two Bronx cops who arrested her has been nabbed again, police said.

The 15-year-old was grabbed by members of the New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force at a shelter near the corner of E. 188th St. and Grand Concourse in Fordham Manor about 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday, cops said.

She was just a few blocks away from where she gave two cops the slip Monday night, authorities said.

The door to the police car she was in was not properly closed, allowing the handcuffed teen to open it and run away while stopped at a light, police said.

The teen was arrested for grand larceny after she swiped a cell phone from someone near Taft High School at E. 172nd St. and Sheridan Ave. about 8:40 p.m. on Monday, cops said.

The two officers she ran away from were stripped of their guns and shields and assigned to desk duty , an NYPD source said.

One officer is a three-year veteran of the department, cops said.

The other joined the NYPD four years ago.
