‘B’walk’ star’s Harv ‘rape’ suit

- BY SHAYNA JACOBS

“Boardwalk Empire” actress Paz de la Huerta, in a $60 million lawsuit, charges Oscar-winner Harvey Weinstein raped her twice — and then ruined her career.

The lawsuit, following de la Huerta’s sexual assault report last year to the NYPD, seeks damages for the Hollywood honcho’s torpedoing of her career and suggests she was canned from the hit HBO show because of Weinstein’s meddling.

According to De la Huerta’s attorney Aaron Filler, accused sexual predator Weinstein gave the actress a ride to her Tribeca apartment after a party at the Boom Boom Room for the opening of “Blue Valentine” on Dec. 7, 2010.

Weinstein “continuously pressured” her to have a drink with him and “insisted on coming up to De La Huerta’s apartment to avoid discussing business and personal matters in the public lobby,” the lawsuit alleges. “Once inside of de La Huerta’s apartment, Weinstein made warnings to de la Huerta about harm to her career if she did not submit to sex, then forced himself on de la Huerta and raped de la Huerta.”

In the following weeks, Weinstein called and “would tell (her) that he was waiting outside of her apartment building in his vehicle or in the lobby of the building waiting for her.”

Weinstein’s lawyer Ben Brafman on Tuesday called de la Huerta’s claims “preposterous” and a product of her “unstable personality.”
