COWBOYS at FALCONS
1 p.m., Falcons by 3, 47 ½
HANK'S HONEYS: Two unpredictable teams here and maybe the intangibles go to the Falcons with the Cowboys coming off a huge win in Philly. That said, the Falcons’ dreadful defense resurfaced in a shocking loss to the Browns last week when Mike Chubb showed what Ezekiel Elliott should be capable of duplicating this week. Amari Cooper has opened up the Dallas attack and forced teams to focus less on Elliott, who faces an Atlanta D allowing almost five yards per carry. Bottom line: Atlanta needs to outscore teams to win these days and, while Matt Ryan’s passing attack is formidable, the Cowboys can play defense. IF I WERE A BETTING MAN: Cowboys and the over.
