Qns. man fatally shot

A 32-year-old Queens man was found fatally shot in the head in Brooklyn early Monday — and cops believe he was dumped there.

The victim, Jared Adams, was discovered unresponsive near Blake Ave.and Van Sinderen Ave. in Brownsville about 5:30 a.m.

Adams had his wallet on him with cash and identification cards so police ruled out robbery as a motive. They believe he was shot elsewhere and dumped.

Medics took Adams, who lived in Ridgewood, to Brookdale University Hospital but he could not be saved.
