Bus crash in Queens injures 8

Eight people — including six children — were hurt in a school bus crash on the Long Island Expressway in Queens Wednesday, authorities said.

The bus and two BMWs collided in a “domino effect” on the LIE near the Brooklyn Queens Expressway about 8:15 a.m., police said.

The driver of a black BMW missed the exit for the BQE and stopped to go in reverse when he was rear-ended by a white BMW, cops said. A school bus then rearended the white BMW.

Two adults and six kids were injured. Six people, one seriously hurt, were taken Elmhurst Hospital Center.

No arrests or summonses were immediately filed.
