Simmons sued in groping rap

An unnamed woman claims KISS rocker Gene Simmons groped her in the kitchen at the opening of one of his Rock & Brews restaurants in 2016.

In a lawsuit acquired by The Blast, Jane Doe, who was working as a dishwasher at the restaurant, claims that Simmons “reached over and forcefully placed his hand on her vagina, completely covering it” when the two posed for a photo together in 2016.

She also claims the musician was inappropriate with other women, including telling some to “unbutton their shirts.”

It’s unclear which restaurant the alleged assault took place in; Rock & Brews, founded in 2012, has 23 locations in California, Florida, Hawaii, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico and Texas, according to its website.

Jane Doe is suing for sexual battery and seeking unspecified damages.
