No dirty drawers for sarge

- THOMAS TRACY

An NYPD sergeant accused of cramming her panties into an underling’s mouth wasn’t worried about airing her laundry, because it wasn’t dirty.

Sgt. Ann Marie Guerra said as much to a union rep in Brooklyn’s 72nd Precinct after the undie uproar, according to a bombshell audio recording acquired by the Daily News.

Detectives Endowment Association delegate Donna Mazza confronted Guerra about the allegations — then recounted the exchange to Detective Victor Falcon, who says Guerra stuffed her panties in his mouth.

Mazza’s version of her alleged conversation with Guerra was caught on tape.

“I said, ‘Think about the headlines because everything gets out in this precinct. If (the media) gets hold of it, forget about your name.’’’ Mazza told Falcon. “She goes, ‘They better get it right and say that they were clean, because they were clean.’”

Falcon, who claims Guerra, 38, tried to force a dirty thong into his mouth, was incensed during the recorded conversation, feeling he was being hung out to dry by his bosses.

“(It) doesn’t escape the fact that she rubbed her dirty panties on my face,” Falcon said to Mazza. “That’s true. So I’m lying now?”

The 13-year NYPD vet said Guerra went on the offensive after he complained about her scattering her skivvies around the unisex locker room and on the shower door in the 72nd Precinct Detective Squad.

Mazza’s advice was for Falcon, 35, to get an lawyer with an ax to grind with the NYPD.

“I would definitely contact an attorney,” Mazza counseled after the alleged Oct. 7 encounter. “Like a cop-hating attorney. An attorney who has it in for the NYPD, you know what I mean?”

Falcon took Mazza’s advice and hired attorney Paul Liggieri.

“At the time, certainly she did not know I would be the attorney,” Liggieri joked. “I have the utmost respect for the NYPD and the men and women who protect our city.”
