Seaford, L.I.: After the G20, President Trump touted tariff negotiations with China as improving. However, China’s President Xi Jinping says, “not so much.” Since the possible tariff war was announced, the Dow has dropped like a rock. The great “dealmaker” must pursue a path of tariff negotiation but not make demands on a China, whose economy is slowing after 30 years. But seeing how Tariff Man has negotiated in the past, I have no confidence in a reasonable deal for both countries. If I could take out the brain of a bird and replace it with Trump’s brain, the bird would fly backwards! George Lozynski
