WASHINGTON at JAGUARS

-

1 p.m., Jags by 7, 36

HANK’S HONEYS: Neither team is going anywhere but Washington’s hapless QB situation makes it a hopeless situation the rest of the season. The Jaguars’ defense, which came to play at home against the Colts two weeks ago, certainly has enough talent to dominate this one. Cody Kessler has produced a total of 15 points in the two games since Blake Bortles was benched but the Jaguars still have Leonard Fournette running the ball against a defense that has to be totally demoralized. With two offenses this pathetic, you can always play the under. It’s hard to see either team breaking 20 points.

IF I WERE A BETTING MAN: Jaguars and the under.
