A parolee was shot dead on a Bronx street Friday, police said.

Louis Shamberger, 32, was found with a bullet in his back at E. 169th St. and Boston Road in Claremont Village just before 1 a.m., cops said.

He was rushed to Lincoln Hospital, where he died.

NYPD Chief of Detectives Dermot Shea said Shamberger had an Upper West Side address and was arrested in that neighborhood in the past.

“I think his name has come up in prior shootings,” Shea said.

The Shamberger killing was the second fatal shooting in the Bronx in a seven-hour span.

A 23-year-old man sources identified as Kevin Obiri was gunned down, possibly by a man dressed in a red hoodie and red shoes at Westchester Ave. near Purdy St. in Parkchester at 6:15 p.m. Thursday, police said.

Obiri, who was also shot in the back, died at Jacobi Medical Center.

Police released video of the suspect, a black man in his 20s who in addition to his red clothing was wearing blue jeans and a dark-colored jacket over the hoodie.
