Urine-slinging loony in Bx.

- BY CLAYTON GUSE AND THOMAS TRACY

This guy is a wee wee bit out of control.

An unhinged man threw urine on two MTA employees just blocks from each other during back-to-back attacks in the Bronx, and union leaders Saturday demanded city bus and train operators take steps to protect themselves from future attacks.

Police said someone splattered a 43-year-old train conductor on the northbound No. 6 train at the Brook Ave.E. 138th St. station about 10:30 a.m. on Friday.

The conductor was sitting in her booth on the train with her window down when a man ran up to her and threw urine in her face.

He then punched her forehead and ran off.

Medics took the conductor to Montefiore Westchester Square hospital, where she was treated and released.

Just over 45 minutes later, someone splattered MTA driver Trellis Robinson as she sat behind the wheel of her Bx1 bus at the Grand Concourse and E. 138th St., some 15 blocks from where the conductor was assaulted.

“It literally went inside the collar … whole left shoulder soaked,” Robinson told CBS 2 Friday.

“It made me gag. The stench was awful. It was gruesome.”

Robinson had her driver’s side window down when the suspect threw the urine on her.

She told police it went in her eyes, as well.

Medics took her to Lincoln Hospital for treatment. No arrest has been made. Police were in the area Saturday looking for any surveillance video that could help identify the weirdo.

MTA leaders say the similarities cannot be ignored and are demanding more cops at train stations and along bus routes in Mott Haven.

“These senseless attacks are disgusting and disgraceful,” NYC Transit President Andy Byford said Saturday.

“We will do whatever we can to help NYPD identify the perpetrator or perpetrators including sharing any video surveillance that may exist.”

Transport Workers Union Local 100 President Tony Utano encouraged subway and bus employees in the Bronx to be wary of their surroundings and keep their windows closed for the foreseeable future.

“Bus operators should keep their windows closed and train conductors should make sure they are wearing their goggles and immediately shut their windows if someone approaches on a platform,” Utano said.

“We will do everything we can to help the police catch this disgusting individual and put him in handcuffs.”

The assailant is described as black, about 5-feet-7 and 160 to 180 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a Navy sweatshirt with a hood, khaki pants and red sneakers.

Anyone with information about these two incidents is asked to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
