COS RAGE OVER AIG PAYOUT

Denies abuse claim

Bill Cosby is blasting his insurance company for quietly settling another civil lawsuit — this one brought by a woman claiming the comedian doped and groped her in the Playboy Mansion.

Details of the deal between insurance giant AIG and accuser Chloe Goins were not revealed Tuesday. Her lawyer, Spencer Kuvin, told the Daily News that “Ms. Goins (inset top) is satisfied with the settlement.”

Cosby (inset below), meanwhile, said he never authorized AIG to cut a deal with Goins.

“AIG’s conduct is despicable, and I can only imagine how terribly they’re treating their policyholders, who don’t have my means and my resources,” Cosby said in the angry statement, according to his spokesman Andrew Wyatt.

“AIG continues to act egregiously by settling these heinous claims without my knowledge and/or consent; and AIG continues to show they’re complicit in this scheme to destroy me and my family,” he claimed.

“I encourage all of AIG’s policyholders to drop this pathetic insurance company quickly, before they destroy you and your family. Ms. Goins’s lawsuit never should have proceeded and I will still pursue my claims against her,” Cosby wrote.

News of the settlement with Goins came two weeks after AIG settled with seven women who sued Cosby for defamation in federal court in Massachusetts after his camp branded them liars over their claims of sexual assault.

Goins, 28, stepped forward in December 2014 with claims Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008, when she was 18 years old. After speaking with police in January 2015 to file a report, Goins sued the “Fat Albert” star for sexual battery.

Cosby, 81, has denied the allegations through his spokesman and lawyers.

According to Goins, she met Cosby at a private party at the Playboy Mansion in 2008 and consumed a drink that Cosby provided to her. “After taking a few sips, she started feeling woozy,” Kuvin previously told The News. The lawyer said Cosby then guided the young model to a bedroom in the mansion where she blacked out.

“She woke up some time later, all of her clothes off, with Cosby down by her toes. He bit one of her toes, causing her to wake up. Her breasts felt wet and sticky, like someone had been licking them,” Kuvin said.

Goins initially said the alleged assault took place at the “Midsummer Night’s Dream” party held at the Playboy Mansion in August 2008.

Cosby’s camp disputed the claim, saying they had evidence Cosby was in New York on the date of that party.

Prosecutors ultimately declined to pursue any charges.
