A disgraced Manhattan music executive facing a slew of sex assault charges was hit with additional counts Monday over accusations he filmed himself sexually molesting an unconscious woman in his apartment.
Adam Lublin, 43, was arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court on first-degree sexual abuse and other related charges for the alleged Sept. 10 assault. He allegedly took at least five photos on his iPhone “depicting the genitals of a woman ... who appears to be asleep,” Assistant District Attorney Elizabeth Clerkin said.
Lublin (inset) also filmed himself sexually molesting the young woman, Clerkin said. The victim told investigators she had “no memory” of being in his luxury Battery Park apartment and did not consent to photos or videos of any kind.
Lublin pleaded not guilty to the new charges. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Laura Ward released him without bail.
The one-time vice president for entertainment company AEG has been charged with sexually abusing four women on separate occasions, all of whom were unconscious at the time.
During the same week Lublin is accused of taking the photos, prosecutors say he twice snuck into his neighbors’ apartment — on Sept. 8 and 15— and molested two women, stealing their underwear. Prosecutors also claim Lublin on Nov. 22, 2015 assaulted a sleeping coworker who woke up to his “nonconsensual touching” inside an E. 79th St. apartment. After he was charged with seconddegree burglary as a sexually motivated act and other charges on Nov. 4, Lublin posted $1 million bail and agreed to a daily 7 p.m. curfew.
Lublin’s attorney, Scott Leemon, said his client is undergoing psychiatric treatment. Lublin is due back in court on December 6.
