Days after a 6.4-magnitude earthquake blasted Puerto Rico, a wave of New York pols hit the beleaguered island.

Assemblyman Michael Blake, City Councilman Fernando Cabrera and former Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito — all of whom are running for the same congressional seat in the South Bronx, which has a large Puerto Rican population — visited the island territory over the weekend.

On Sunday, Blake recounted experiencing one of the relentless series of tremors that has rocked Puerto Rico, depriving swaths of the island of electricity and leaving thousands sleeping outside.

“We were sitting in a car and definitely felt a tremor while here, in Ponce. It was only a few seconds, and nothing significant at all happened here,” he said in a Twitter video. “But we just got on the ground less than two hours ago and we already felt one.

“This is why we have to stand together with our people here in Puerto Rico, figure out how we can help, figure out how we can support and let them know that the Bronx is with you.”

Blake arrived in Puerto Rico after a 5.9-magnitude earthquake struck the island Sunday, causing millions of dollars worth of damage but no reported casualties. Tuesday’s bigger earthquake left one person dead and several others injured.

Cabrera left for Puerto Rico on Friday, and planned to meet with mayors of the areas that were hit hardest.

“The trauma sustained from the lingering effects of Hurricane Maria, and now from the worst earthquake in more than 100 years, is real,” he said. “There’s a lot of work to be done, but we have begun the journey.”

Mark-Viverito, who traveled to Puerto Rico on Saturday, planned to visit the small mountain towns of Peñuelas and Guayanilla to hand out food and water.

Officials from the city’s Emergency Management department, the Buildings Department and the NYPD are in Puerto Rico to help with damage assessments and identify areas where the city can send additional resources, according to Mayor de Blasio’s office.

State Power Authority staffers are also on the island.
