A Brooklyn gynecologist already charged with having sex with a 15year-old boy was back in federal court Wednesday as prosecutors accused him of preying on a second underage victim.

Aaron Weinreb, a 48year-old ob-gyn, has been in home detention on $1.5 million bail since his arrest in October on charges he used the gay dating app Grindr to connect with an underage boy for sex.

“Since the defendant’s arraignment … things have changed,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael Bushwack said in Brooklyn Federal

Court. “The government identified a second minor victim.”

Bushwack also said that Weinreb broke an agreement to be cybermonitored by using two separate third parties to conduct online research on his behalf.

Federal Magistrate Judge Ramon Reyes Jr. refused the prosecution’s request, and allowed Weinreb’s $1.5 million bail and his home detention to continue.

Weinreb’s contact with his two alleged victims overlapped, court papers indicate.

He was allegedly in contact with the first boy from May to October, and with the second boy in September.

In May, just days after allegedly having sex with one of the boys, who was 15 at the time, Weinreb texted him: “I was trying to demonstrate what our relationship probably is … an older taking advantage of a vulnerable child. I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to hurt you,” according to a complaint.

Weinreb was arrested at a hotel where he planned to meet one of the boys in October.

After his arrest, he admitted to law enforcement that he had a sex addiction to boys and that he had oral sex with two underage boys, according to prosecutors.
