Federal prosecutors brought charges against 10 members of the notorious MS-13 gang Thursday related to a string of cold-blooded murders — including new charges against three men in a broad-daylight subway platform shooting caught on video last year.

The feds announced the charges against Ramiro Gutierrez, 27, Tito Martinez-Alvarenga, 20, and Victor Lopez, 21, in the subway killing of Abel Mosso.

The trio believed Mosso, 20, to be a member of rival crew 18th Street Gang and followed him onto a packed 7 train on Feb. 3, 2019, according to prosecutors. They assaulted him on the train and then dragged him onto an elevated platform in Flushing, Queens, where one of the defendants took out a gun, prosecutors said.

“Nobody get involved. We’re MS-13,” Gutierrez said, according to the feds. “We’re going to kill him.”

After tussling with Mosso for the gun, Gutierrez shot

Mosso multiple times, killing him.

The three men were already facing state murder charges in Queens.

Federal prosecutors also announced the arrest of MS-13 associate Juan Amaya-Ramirez,

22, in the 2018 killing of Andy Peralta, a 17-year-old murdered in Kissena Park because his assailants thought a tattoo of a crown on his chest meant he was a member of the Latin Kings.

Two other alleged MS-13 associates, Douglas Melgar-Suriano, 24, and Jairo MartinezGarcia, 21, were charged in the 2018 shooting murder of Victor Alvarenga, 26.

The feds also brought charges against Marlon Saracay-Lopez, 33, and Ismael Santos-Novoa 31, two alleged MS-13 members who conspired in 2019 to kill another MS-13 member for failing to carry out a murder they tasked him with, according to prosecutors. The duo, along with Victor Ramirez, is also charged with an attempted murder in 2019 during which they shot an innocent bystander in the leg.
